Nulistify provides AI-generated real estate marketing content — including listing descriptions, social media posts, and ad copy — alongside property data sourced from third-party providers.

Content generated by Nulistify is intended for marketing assistance only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

Property data is sourced from third-party providers and may not be accurate, complete, or current. You are solely responsible for verifying all information before using or publishing it.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. AI-generated content is for marketing assistance only and must be reviewed, fact-checked, and edited before publishing or distributing it.

• Property data, valuations, rent estimates, and nearby information may come from third-party data providers (including RentCast).
• Data may not always be complete, current, or accurate.
• Estimates are algorithmic approximations, not appraisals.
• You must independently verify all property information before making real estate or financial decisions.

You agree not to misuse the platform and accept full responsibility for any content you publish using Nulistify, including compliance with MLS rules, fair housing laws, and applicable advertising regulations.

• Subscription plans are billed monthly.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Credits are non-refundable once used, except where required by law.

Nulistify owns all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology. You retain rights to the marketing content you generate, subject to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nulistify is not liable for any damages, losses, or decisions made based on use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content or third-party property data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
